Melangeorganics.com does not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction. (Please see the Allergic Reaction section). All Make-up, Hair Care products are non-refundable/non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons.
We will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited. Hair Care, and Make-up will not be refunded, exchanged or credited under any circumstance due to hygienic reasons.
We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping. Deductions will only take place when the adjusted total is below $60.00.
